7:00am - 5:00pm

Where will you off-load my goods?

Goods will generally be offloaded at the nearest point off the road . The driver will not be responsible for getting your goods into the property or back gardens. If you foresee any delivery issues regarding access, please call your local branch or email.


How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact your local branch as soon as possible.

Once your order has been picked for delivery, it is not possible to cancel it. You will need to refuse delivery of the parcel, or accept the delivery and return the goods to us. This may incur a collection/restocking charge.


What payment options are available?

We process our online payments through SagePay. We accept the following payment types:

  • Visa
  • Visa Electron
  • MasterCard
  • Delta

Where do you deliver to?

We offer a free local delivery service. If your delivery is chargeable, we will be in touch.


What time will my delivery arrive?

We are unable to give timed deliveries. You will receive an email confirmation advising of a delivery date.


What if my delivery is damaged?

If your delivery is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and within 3 days of delivery. We will not take responsibility for delivered items damaged by the elements, if you have ordered perishable items, please ensure someone is on site to receive the delivery.


How will you deliver loose material?

(LOOSE) materials are tipped off the back of our vehicles, it is not possible to tip off the side of the vehicle so please ensure the vehicle can reverse up to the delivery point which must be a hardstanding.

An opening of at least 8’ is required, our vehicles are not permitted to drive on soft ground or tip over walls.

Please leave clear instructions as to where you would like the delivery tipped. We can deliver loose loads up to 8t ex branch, or 20t loads direct. Please call for a price on 20T loads.
